A One-Sided Conversation with Me

Let me just say, I cannot wait for these to be two-sided conversations! But since I am newly establishing Coffee to Cork, and I have not yet had the chance to interact with those using my itineraries, I will bore you with what I think you may want to hear.

What I Love

I’ve said it before but I’ll say it again: I equally love coffee & wine, traveling & home-ing, social life & tv life. I enjoy living an active lifestyle, soaking up the sun and cuddling with my family dogs. Spending time with my friends and family is invaluable and always something I cherish. And of course, as you may have gathered, I have a desire to plan anything and everything. Those who know me would say that pretty much sums up my favorite things!

Where I am at In My Life

I am 30, living in Chicago with my husband, Matt. I’ve worked at the same company in Marketing, and now Operations, ever since I graduated from Ohio State. But my true passion lies in travel, so although Coffee to Cork is a hobby, I think of it as my part time job!

Why I am Doing This

Although I am not a travel agent, for years, my itineraries have been distributed to friends and families to enhance their trips. Why not share something I love with other eager travelers? And I think I just needed a project to spice up my life a bit! Aka I was flying through Netflix shows, left and right. This is the perfect opportunity to create a platform based around itineraries I have been building out for years now.

What You May Notice About My Site

I try to be honest about my experiences and recommendations. All the photos you see are ones taken by myself or my travel companions. You will also see a bit of personal touch in the titles, descriptions and reviews within the Coffee to Cork itineraries. They have been made during trips accompanied by friends, family and my husband, Matt. You may even notice some of the trip titles highlight important milestones in mine and Matt’s lives. He is my person, my main travel companion and my biggest supporter.

If you have other questions for me, send me a direct message via Instagram (@coffeetocork) or use the contact form on my website to send me a note. As mentioned, I am looking forward to getting to know you!
