Welcome to Coffee to Cork!

Welcome! You are officially the OG Coffee to Corkers. I look forward to getting to know you, your interests, your travel plans and greatest adventures. For now, I will tell you more about Coffee to Cork!

I am Jamie and I started this website with one goal in mind: provide people with my already made itineraries to allow others to take amazing and life-changing trips. My morning to evening itineraries are made with a focus on doing, eating and drinking, which leads to seeing. Coffee to Cork is here to inspire taking trips without the burden of the complete unknown. From your morning coffee to your evening glass of wine, I’ve got you covered!

You can find them and other information on the following pages:

  • Chicago: Browse my itineraries for inspiration when planning your next trip to my hometown of Chicago.
  • Trips: Browse my itineraries for inspiration when planning your next trip.
  • Spotlight: Browse select experiences or places within my itineraries that impressed enough to put a spotlight on them.
  • Blog: Browse this blog made for you (looks like you already found it)! As I receive questions and feedback, I will write back directly or via blog post.

The idea for Coffee to Cork was born in late 2019, and the creation started in early 2020. A site for traveling developed right as Coronavirus entered the United States… My timing is very off to say the least. With travel at an all-time low, I do not know when my itineraries will be useful. But that is the least of my worries. I’m sending positive thoughts to those getting sick, those losing their jobs and those cancelling their plans. I’d like to share my appreciation for the essential workers being heros. For the first time in our lives the world has slowed down, and I am absolutely willing to abide. I do not know if or when life will return to normal, but I do know that traveling is a gift and a passion. And it will not be quiet forever. For when the world opens up, when you feel comfortable again and when you get the travel bug, I am here for you.

Please feel free to reach out to me directly through the contact form on my website or sign up for my email list to keep up to date with Coffee to Cork.
