What else do you need to know?

Every month I plan 15 total travel days for clients. You can commission me for anywhere from 3 – 15 travel days. If a client already reserved 5 days in that given month, that will limit the remaining availability. 

I recommend reaching out 4 months in advance for a domestic trip and 8 months in advance for an international trip to allow you time to book your travel and make reservations. This is not my full time job, so please understand there is a minimum two week turnaround time.

Our trip to Italy was one for the books. Each day was absolutely incredible! From the beginning we had so much peace in knowing Jamie was taking all the stress and worry we had about planning an abroad trip away from us! Making travel plans is neither me or my husbands strength! We were relieved to know that even though Jamie was hard at work planning the trip of a lifetime, she truly got so much joy out of it! Some would think a trip to Europe is exhausting with tours and sight seeing but Jamie puts her special touch on both informative sight seeing/history, but also adds time for relaxation and fun! She has everything planned down to a t and she did not disappoint with her choices on amazing wineries and restaurants! She is dedicated to finding the most amazing places and we literally wined and dined our way through Italy. Each day was a surprise for all of us because she did all the planning we just showed up and enjoyed every moment! From sight seeing, to cooking classes, to lemon tours and exploring we had such an unforgettable trip! I highly recommend Jamie to all of my fellow procrastinators who get overwhelmed by planning an abroad trip or just a trip in general! My husband and I joke that we are set for life with all of our future travels because we have our built in best friend aka Jamie, and a personal travel agent! I utilized your Maui itinerary (and did some customization of my own) for our Honeymoon in 2021 and I absolutely loved the way you organize your trips. The excel doc really makes the trip easy to customize and easy to follow. So much so that I’ve used that same template planning our upcoming trip to Italy. I also could consulted your italy itinerary for some restaurant/activity recommendations. I’ve realize that I really love the process of travel planning and could see myself planning travel for others one day.

From local nail salons to bachelorette destinations, Jamie always has the best recommendations for top notch experiences near and far. I’ve been fortunate to have a rockstar wedding planner, but Jamie has allowed me to feel the same level of organization throughout my bachelorette party in Albuquerque and thematic manicures for each bridal event. Legendary has been exceptional for manicures, with impeccable interiors. Los Poblanos was a dream for gals in their 30s looking for a bachelorette party inclusive of some R&R. I even plan to return to Los Poblanos with my fiancé in the future to try more of her recommendations. Her esthetic is right up my alley, so I always trust her itineraries to check all the boxes from flavor to vibes. I love her Instagram and blog as a quick reference when looking for a spontaneous fun spot locally in Chicago. She replies to all communication and makes you feel like a dear friend. So grateful our paths have crossed and couldn’t recommend her enough!
